Do you provide airport transfer?
Airport transfer can be arranged. However, payment will be made by the guest.
How far are you from KLIA/KLIA2?
We are 65km from KLIA/KLIA2 and will take guests 55 minutes to arrive, depending on the traffic condition.  If you are catching an international flight, we suggest you arrive at the airport 3 hours before your departure.
How far are you from Subang Skypark?
We are 25km from Subang Skypark and will take guests 30 minutes to arrive, depending on the traffic condition.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds for cancellation once payments are made.
Do you guys have a carpark?
Sorry, we do not provide parking space. However, there is a limited amount of public parking lots available along Jalan Dewan Sulaiman – the hotel will not be responsible for any theft or loss outside our premise.
Do you guys have a swimming pool?
There is no swimming at our hotel.
Is breakfast provided?
The hotel does not provide breakfast.
Is there a hall/ballroom?
There is no hall/ballroom at our premise.
What is prohibited within the hotel?
No pets, alcohol or smoking allowed within hotel premises.
Will there be WiFi?
Yes. You can obtain the WiFi password from the front desk.
Do Children require extra mattresses?
No extra mattresses are needed for children under the age of 12.
What is the latest time I can check out?
Checkout time is at 12PM. A late checkout fee of RM10 will be charged for every additional hour.
Do accept foreign currency?
Only Malaysian Ringgit is accepted if payment is made by cash. All major credit cards are accepted
