Do you provide airport transfer?
Airport transfer can be arranged. However, payment will be made by the guest.
How far are you from KLIA/KLIA2?
We are 63km from KLIA/KLIA2 and will take guests 1 hour to arrive, depending on the traffic condition.  If you are catching an international flight, we suggest you arrive at the airport 3 hours before your departure.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds for cancellation once payments are made.
Do you guys have a carpark?
Yes, we do provide parking. However, there is a limited amount and the hotel will not be responsible for any theft or loss as you park at your own risk.
What is prohibited within the hotel?
No pets, alcohol, smoking or durian allowed within hotel premises.
Will there be WiFi?
Yes. You can obtain the WiFi password from the front desk.
Do Children require extra mattresses?
No extra mattresses are needed for children under the age of 12.
What is the latest time I can check out?
Checkout time is at 12PM. A late checkout fee of RM10 will be charged for every additional hour.
Do accept foreign currency?
Only Malaysian Ringgit is accepted if payment is made by cash. All major credit cards are accepted
